Place beef strips towards the bottom of a big bowl. Pour soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, brown sugar, salt, pepper, meat tenderizer, garlic clove powder, onion powder, and paprika over beef. Mix to make sure all of the meat is also coated. Cover and marinate within the refrigerator for 8 hrs or overnight.
Remove meat from bowl and put between two bits of plastic wrap pound to at least oneOr8-inch thickness.
Arrange the meat strips around the tray of the dehydrator and dry at the dehydrator's greatest setting until done the way you like, a minimum of 4 hrs. Store within an airtight container or resealable bags.
