Method
In an exceedingly large saucepan, prepare the cauliflower in boiling salted water for five mins. Adding the broccoli and prepare for several mins more. Drain well and transfer to some large ovenproof dish.To help make the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a tiny pan. When foaming, add flour and mustard powder, and prepare for 1 min, stirring constantly. Remove heat and add some milk, just a little at any given time, stirring constantly to eliminate any protuberances. Once half the milk continues to be added, go back to heat and add some remaining milk. Keep stirring and produce towards the boil, then turn lower to some simmer and prepare for just two mins, until thickened and smooth. Add the majority of the cheese and a few seasoning then remove heat and add some chives.
Pour the sauce within the vegetables and sprinkle using the remaining cheese. You can do this yesterday and stored covered within the fridge. Prepare within the oven using the pork for 35-40 mins until bubbling, allowing an additional 5-ten mins cooking if in the fridge. Serve using the pork.
