CINNAMON BREAD
Ingredients
- 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup tepid to warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1 cup warm dairy (110° to 115°)
- 1 cup sugar,
Directions
- Inside a large bowl, dissolve yeast in tepid to warm water. Add milk, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, butter, salt and three cups flour beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to create a soft dough.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Devote a greased bowl, turning once to grease the very best. Cover with plastic wrap let increase in a hot place until bending, about one hour.
- Mix cinnamon and remaining sugar. Punch lower dough. Turn onto a gently floured surface divide in two. Roll each portion into an 18x8-in. rectangle sprinkle each about 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar to within 1/2 in. of edges. Roll-up jelly-roll style, beginning having a short side pinch seam to close. Devote two greased 9x5-in. loaf pans, seam side lower.
- Cover with kitchen towels let increase in a hot place until bending, about 1-1/2 hrs. Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake until golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to awesome.
